Fine arts and craftsmanship were on full display in the Electric Industry Center Auditorium for the 38th Biennial Spring Art Festival presented by the Educational and Cultural Trust Fund. The week-long exhibit opened on Sunday, May 3rd, and remained open to the public through Saturday, May 9th. It featured more than 150 artworks, including oil paintings, watercolors, sculptures, weaving, and mixed media, created by Local 3 members, retirees, staff, and relatives. The featured artist, Miller Photography, displayed 130 photographs of labor leaders, politicians, celebrities, and historic moments from the mid-twentieth century up to the present.
