The 2019 NYC Labor Day Parade will be marching up 5th Avenue on Saturday, September 7. Local #3 is proud to announce that the Grand Marshal of the parade will be IBEW's own Elizabeth Shuler, Secretary-Treasurer of the AFL-CIO.
